The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made on the Website https://lfny.marentree.fr/ (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").
They cover the transactions between:
Lycée Français de New York, located at 505 East 75th Street, New York, NY 10021 (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and the Web user (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") wishing to place an order on the Website for a home delivery end of August
The action of placing an order implies the Customer’s acceptance without reserve of the present General terms and conditions of sale. Any contrary term or condition set forth by the Customer shall be invalid, unless expressly accepted by the Seller, regardless of the time at which it is brought to the Seller's attention.
The fact that the Seller does not take advantage at a given moment of any of the present general terms and conditions of sale, cannot be interpreted as a renunciation to later take advantage of any of the said conditions.
These general terms and conditions can be modified at any time by the Seller.
Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online on the site https://lfny.marentree.fr/
All orders are final.
The photos of the products presented on the Website aim to be as accurate as possible. The Seller cannot be held responsible for minor differences (difference in color, size, shape ...) in the items.
Only Customers with the access code to the online store can order on the Website.
In case of a questionable order, by its contents, its frequency or in the case of a bad faith order, the Seller reserves the right not to process the order.

An order confirmation will be automatically sent to the Customer when payment is confirmed.
Methods and means of payment
The sole method of payment is a choice of credit/debit card.
Duration of the validity of the offer and its price
The Seller offers lists of books and supplies whose selection and prices have been negotiated with a specialized French supplier.
The prices indicated are in USD and include the shipment of the product to the customer’s home for an order before June 30.
An invoice is created for each sale and sent by email to the Customer.
Prices are valid until the end of August of the current year.
After this date, prices are subject to change by the Seller.
Date of execution of the service
The order will be sent to the Customer's home end of August.
In case of a delay in delivery, due to the unavailability of products or logistical difficulties beyond the control of the Seller, the latter cannot be held responsible. The Customer will not be able to claim any compensation because of the delay in the delivery.
